Miami Heat star LeBron James has paid $9 million for a 12,000-square-foot home on the bay in Coconut Grove with six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, according to two sources. The 20,000-square-foot lot, has a concrete dock that can fit two, 60-foot yachts.
James joins his other high-profile teammates in recent home purchases. Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade paid $10.65 million for a 13,000-square-foot waterfront home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach, close to another Miami Heat newcomer Chris Bosh, who paid $12.5 million for his 12,000-squarefoot waterfront home.
