Biscayne Bay tower, 900 Biscayne Boulevard
The 900 Biscayne Bay condo tower across from the American Airlines Arena is marketing a bulk deal of 10 units with tenants already in place, according to a report from Condo Vultures. The 509-unit project still has 128 unsold units, and has initiated a mass marketing campaign. The 10-unit block has seven one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units for a total price of $5.3 million. Depending upon the square footage cited, the asking prices range from $326 per square foot to $453 per square foot.
